I am Qais Khan, belong to District Khyber. I did Master in Disaster Preparedness & Managment from CDPM university of Peshawar, Peshawar KPK in March 2015.I have six years experinece in Social sector with different Govet & Non-Organizations.

Responsibilities:
To ensure Safety of labors through safety measures
Safety of premises base on daily condition for the provision of safe working environment to labor
Daily check of water supply link
Provide special training to staff regarding to fire Hazard
Identification and recognition of highly flammable elements to all staff of factory
Assist in the provision of special uniforms to labors who work in this Risk able area
Assist in creating improved quality of Hazardous elements, to save the staff and factory from any kind of emergency situation.

Motivated communities for consultation meeting regarding village development plan.
Arranged and organized consultative meetings with communities for village development plan.
Responsibilities:
· Practicing community mobilization and social organization techniques for the mobilization and sensitization of target communities in the target areas of the project to ensure their effective participation in the implementation of the project.
· Formation of community organizations (CO, s) in targeted areas.
· Mobilize community groups, sensitize and train them on specific topics as required, organize and facilitate meetings.
·Work with community members to map and prioritize community needs.
·Identify and organize appropriate capacity building and technical resources to support project implementation.
· Assist in creating and enhancing social cohesion required for sustainability of the project.
· Development of linkages with local organizations, Political Administration, and other INGO, s and exploring ways for future partnership in the target areas.
· Conduct in-depth interviews with beneficiaries/communities also conduct several assessment and baseline surveys.
· Assist in distribution process of different food and non-food items, maintain their record and hand over to the project coordinator.
· Engage in regular and continuous follow up interviews with the beneficiaries.
· Write regular Weekly/Monthly reports.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the distribution point, exit point with collaboration of given team/staff
· Match the exit point & distribution point data with IT Officer & logistic Officer according to given instruction of organization to find out best outcome
