Allocation of resources as per plan and using cursing techniques for expatiation.
Managing stakeholders issues as per site or through submittals
Corresponding with foreign team in china for updates and approvals (Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Activates) Managing Offshore and Onshore contracts deadlines. Making BBS for Turbine foundation and other Structures (Substations building, Accommodation building , watch towers) Making POs and Field Material Request for the Raw Materials(Cement, Sand and Crush and Rebar)
Coordination with site team for affecting issues and productivity increase.
Arranging meeting , setting agendas , correspondence with client and EPC contractor for weekly issues.

Developing plans for the implementation of the project in the assigned area assisting in design and overseeing timely implementation of all activities.
Estimating costs and preparing specifications for materials used in Civil and MEP works.
Meeting stakeholders for their concerns and fixing interconnected activity issues on site and following via emails, submittals or verbal communications.
Measuring and testing material processes or systems related to civil engineering works. Inspecting civil engineering works, modify and supervise repair work and maintenance and recording MEP specs by consultants for site execution activities.
Checking parameters as per SOP to make sure that finished works/activities followed specifications, contract terms and regulations.
Prepare as built drawings and Documentation for acceptance submittals packages.
Inspecting and monitoring site via communication plan (DPR) of daily activities Analyzing and recording reports for labor, productivity, quality, materials and performance Maintaining good relationships and lines of communication with relevant local authorities.
Floating tenders for Biding process doing prequalification process making comparative statements and conducting rebating meetings for NFL (National Foods Limited). Comparing Signed BOQs of work done on site as per Work order to render Variation orders
Setting agenda making and presenting presentations for weekly meetings defining progress reports and management plan.
Monitoring plumbing test.

Planning, Monitoring and execution (Primavera)
(Visiting sites for quality construction parameters. Monitoring surveying teams.
Meetings with Client (PM/CM) as per necessary.
Making shop drawing as per necessary.
Utilizing manpower and recourses for different sites. Preparing and estimating bar bending schedules.
Costing and Billing for HMYS monthly.
Procurement and keeping inventory record.
