divpCurrently I am working as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Specialist with the National Poverty Graduation Programme funded by Government of Pakistan and IFAD to provide oversight for a programs planning, evaluation, knowledge management, monitoring, Communication and reporting through key performance indicators, develops quality assurance strategies, trains program employees, maintains contact with program partners and ensures all program aspects comply with institutional requirements. br During my last 15 years with different development organizations working with different cultural and geographical communities, I have acquainted myself with a range of skills that would allow me to blend with the organizational culture, and propel the team to the new height of success. I have extensive experience in knowledge management, communication, report writing, buisness and portfolio branding, press and social media management, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solving Skills and building capacities of teams and groups both within my workplace and with communities. br I am a self-starter, proactive leader and a good team player to bring innovation and learning. • Manage individual consultants as well as consulting firms in case if the surveys are to be performed externally, in the field
4) Ensure database management at KFP level for data warehousing and reporting
• Supervises and extends technical support to database officers of the relevant KFP through the Entrepreneurs H/O Database officer, in operationalization/ management of databases and ensures timely reporting by the KFP(s)
• Ensure that the databases in KFP’s office are up and running
• Ensure data quality i.e. consistency, integrity, accuracy and validity by conducting Data Recollection(DR)/ Data Quality Assessment(DQAs) reviews both at beneficiary and KFP’s level
• Ensure deployment of SMS system for sales reporting
5) Assist in compilation of Periodic Reports (weekly/ quarterly and annual reports and PPR)
