Responsibilities and Tasks:- To maintain strong interaction with stakeholders to understand and evaluate their module requirements and propose suitable solution.- To Interpret stakeholder’s new/change requirements into comprehensive business requirement document for development.- Acting as a central reference between end-users and developing team for assigned modules only.- Managed project through weekly progress reports, identifying deadlocks, and tracking unaddressed issues.- Prioritize, document, and escalate bugs and errors to Support team for timely resolution.- New Product development and new enhancements in system.- Support with trainings of end users to help them understand functionalities of system.
Ongoing Modules: Payroll & Taxation Management, Performance Management , Recruitment Management, Performance Appraisal, Training Management.

- Perform monthly release testing on UAT with implementation team members and report bugs/errors to development team for seamless release deployment on production environment.
- Study monthly release notes and update end user about fixes, new features and enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users on Health care ERP.
- Prioritized, documented, and escalated bugs and errors to HIS Support team for its timely resolution
