Job Responsibilities: -
· Diagnosed and/or resolve problems in response to a customer-reported incident via trouble tickets. Planning and delivery of IT customer support services
· Troubleshooting, diagnostics of computer peripherals including Operating Systems, Software, Antivirus, Router, Switches, and Other Network Devices.
· Organizing video conferences for the board and executive-level meetings, ensuring full support to board members and executives.
· Setting up and installing new computers, networks, and software.
· Setting up user accounts and profiles on the network.
· Installing updates, known as patches, to software applications.
· Installing and configuring operating systems, anti-virus software, and other applications such as Microsoft Office.
· Diagnosing and fixing network problems and hardware or software faults.
· Maintaining inventories of hardware and software.
· Managing backups of servers, in case of data loss.
· Outlook Mail archive, Auto archive setting mailbox and get all user outlook backups.
· Keeping a record of issues and faults along with solutions, for future reference.
· Networking, LAN, sharing, hardware and software issues resolution
· Installing and configuring computer, Laptop, and MacBook hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
· Working experience on webmail domain. Outlook emails client configuration.
· Installation window server 2016.
· Processing of monthly billing invoices
