Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, security, and compliance.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, printers, and networking equipment, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure IT equipment, software licenses, and technical services as needed.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular security assessments and implement measures to protect against cybersecurity threats and data breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT requirements, propose solutions, and implement technology initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our IT capabilities.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and inventory related to IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
- Must have hands-on experience in ERP to assist the departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience (4-5 years) in IT management, systems administration, or a similar role.
