Well-versed with email correspondence, digital communication, and technological integration.
Overseeing and coordinating security operations in PCI projects and facilities.
Leading and managing a team of security guards (mostly provided by third-party security companies), this involves assigning tasks, providing guidance and ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
Training new security personnel and conducting ongoing training sessions to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Providing immediate response in the event of security breaches, incidents or emergencies, it may involve liaising with law enforcement authorities, managing evacuation procedures and implementing crises management protocols.
Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities. Based on the findings, develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance security measures.
Conduct weekly and monthly in detail inspections and formally report all findings as per Company Security Management Plan (SMP).
Periodic inspections and reporting security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems etc and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.
Active participation in providing feedback to improve security procedures, protocols and practices.

The preference will be given to a recently retired JCO/Honorary Officer from the armed forces.
