We are looking for a Manager Software Business Analysis. The selected candidate shall be responsible for software product planning, execution, requirment gathering, client meetings and internal meetings with Project Management Team.

Core Responsibilities:

The Manager Software Business Analysis will be collaborating on the design of software, providing documentation and records throughout the production process and overseeing customer support services offered to clients.
Must be able to provide reports, communicate plans for development and mentor teams involved in the process.
Work as intermediaries between software development departments, customers and other departments in the organization. This entails creating quality standard goals, developing initiatives for product requirements and setting objectives for distribution.
Must also work with software development teams to keep pace with the product development timeline, suggest last minute adaptations and sometimes conduct research on the ideal products to market.

Required Skills:

Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science with minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager Software Business Analysis in a Software Development firm.
Exceptional English Communication Skills (Written+Verbal).
Plans market share growth on key lines to meet growth objectives.
He/She must possess ability to design mockups/ wireframes and have a good grip on tools like Balsamiq etc.
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
Frequent communication with partners to promote product offerings.
Act as a leader within the organization.
Excellent team work and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
