JOB SUMMARY
The position is responsible to manage all the software and programmers related matters including setting deadlines, managing resources and the technical analysis, development, implementation and modifications of the software. In case of Team lead, individual is responsible to manage and run the team and also assist the Development Manager in the project related issues and decision making.
REGULAR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Effective communication with the Clients
· Defining the development tasks out of the client requirements.
· Time Estimation of the development tasks.
· Performing in-depth Testing before passing to the QA or the Client
· Closely coordination with the Quality Assurance Team to bring quality to the application
· Doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
· Supervising the source code and decision making to implement requirements.
· Investigating and finding quick solutions to the problems in the application
· Setting up the deployment environment and deploying the applications to the Staging Servers and Production Servers.
· Giving the application demonstrations to the Clients.
· Preparing The Technical Documentations for applications’ installations, configurations and for the user guidance.
· Research technical inquiries posted by the customers and the sales staff.
· Accepting full personal responsibility for solutions delivered.
· Reporting to the Lead and the Project Manager.
· Keeping the Company’s Tracking Tool up to date on daily basis.
· Following all the defined processes in the organization.
· Designing the applications (wire framing, DB Schema, application flow) as per the client requirements.
· Reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and assisting in development strategies for improving these applications.
· Providing Technical support to staff for solving complex problems.
· Providing support to the Client and Colleagues in case of any show stoppers for quick resolutions.
Training the internal resources on the related technologies.
