Student Recruitment: Actively engage in student recruitment efforts by attending school fairs, open houses, and community events to promote the school and attract prospective students.

Application Guidance: Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students and their families regarding the admissions process, including application requirements, deadlines, and necessary documentation.

Admissions Counseling: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and their families, assessing their needs, interests, and goals, and providing tailored advice and recommendations.

Application Evaluation: Review and evaluate student applications, considering academic records, extracurricular activities, School leaving Certificate and academic results to determine eligibility for admission.

Information Dissemination: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the school's programs, campus facilities, tuition, financial aid options, and scholarship opportunities.

Enrollment Assistance: Collaborate with the enrollment team to facilitate the enrollment process for accepted students, assisting with course selection, registration, and other enrollment-related tasks.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and confidential records of prospective students, including their contact information, application documents, and communication history, using the school's admissions management software.

Collaboration: Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other staff members to coordinate admissions-related events, such as open house, orientation programs, campus tours, and information sessions.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitors' offerings to enhance the school's admissions strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports and statistics on admission-related data, including application numbers, acceptance rates, and enrollment trends, to support decision-making and strategic planning.
