Project site location where the candidate shall be required to stay & work: 85-90 kms from Turbat or Gwadar, on M-8 Motorway project, Tallar, Balochistan.
Ø Candidates from Sindh, KPK & Balochistan shall be preferred.
Ø Salary range: 20,000 minimum to 30,000 maximum
Ø Sex: Male
Ø Qualification: DAE / B-Tech / BSc / BE Civil
Ø Experience {relative}: Minimum 2-3 years on Construction sites.
Ø Skills: Project overall supervision, Quality control, All types of coordination with Client + Consultant + Sub-let contractors, Planning + Execution + Monitoring, Daily/weekly reporting of site activities, Submission of work done to client & getting inspection done/getting verifications & approvals from client & consultant, Submission of bi-monthly invoices, Keeping proper records of work executed by sub-let contractors.
Ø Languages: Urdu, English & Balochi {preferred}.
Ø Computer skills essential.
Ø Project expected tenure: 4-5 months.
