Scrum Master/Agile Coach

We are a partner firm of Seamless Distribution Systems, which is a global leader in distribution and transaction systems, handling over 3.1 billion transactions annually on our prestigious Electronic Recharge platform.

We believe in equality for all and value diversity and creativity. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach to work with one or more of our engineering teams. The role of Scrum Master at Synavos is not a project lead or team lead. They coach high-performing teams and other parts of the organization in how to use agile tools and principles in their work. They drive the way of working. They stay up to date with current findings in the field, and help teams become even better at planning and reviewing their work.

Requirements:

Professional working proficiency in English.
Extensive experience in working in Agile environment, preferably in the role of Scrum Master.
Very good understanding of practices from Scrum and XP. Experience with Lean product development is a plus.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.
Familiarity with online collaboration software tools like JIRA, Confluence (or other wikis) is a plus.
Technical skill is secondary for this role - most important is the ability to communicate and people skills.
Software Development experience especially in Java is a plus.
Proactive and ability to motivate team members to enhance productivity and achieve desired goals
