Responsible supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services
Must be able to act as a leader and set the example both technically as well as with all other employee responsibilities within his/her team
Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Provide subject matter expertise, advice and consultancy for assigned technology and infrastructure systems
Ensuring security and confidentiality is maintained at all times
Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
Must be ready and willing to commit to continuous education, certification and self-improvement
Excellent analytics and problem solving skills with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
Any other duties (Technical/Non-Technical) as assigned by management
To plan the support activities and segregate the level of support with priorities
Supervise team of technical people.
Customer meeting, presentations and technology implementation plan
Positioning of a specific product against customer business needs, information sharing of selected product with customer
Understanding of customer requirement and product positioning
Leading the event and facilitate the customer with all the related materials and responding the all related queries to boost and keep up his interest for the same
Acquire and maintain appropriate skill level by taking web based trainings/exams, ILTs and partner portal that are communicated by higher management time to time.
