• Representing the client's interest.
• Providing independent advice on the management of projects.
• Organising the various professional people working on a project.
• Risk assessment.• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.
• Making sure the quality standards are met.
• Using the latest IT to keep track of people and progress.
• Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.
• Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion.
• Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors.
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved.
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
• Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members.
• Resolve any issue and solve problems throughout project life cycle.
• Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
