Store General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “Store General Manager” to oversee all aspects of our retail operation in *Sialkot*. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and managing a diverse team. The Store General Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store.

Responsibilites:

Lead and motivate a team of employees to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
Managing budgets
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to identify areas for improvement.
Recruit, train, and coach staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and security.
