Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve visitors/clients by greeting, welcoming, directing & announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen, forward incoming calls & provide basic information when needed
Directs visitors/clients by maintaining employee & department directories
Offer beverages to visitors/clients
Receive & sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Maintain import files and making of cargo bills
Scanning of papers and work on Inpage
Prepare lists of detention and manifest
Maintains safe & clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules & regulations
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting & communicating actions, irregularities & continuity needs

It is a transport company that carriers dry cargo of all dimensions and kinds, and delivers the same to every nook and corner of the country.
