- Develop and implement HR strategies, documented operations and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Enhance the efficiency of department by planning, implementing and monitoring modernized practices including welfare, SOPs, asset management and HSE in line with demanding corporate culture.
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization and evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly.
- Responsible to look after the Quality and social audits.
