Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure swift resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Identify opportunities for improvement in processes or products based on customer feedback.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
Uphold company values and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
