Visa Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visit Visa Consultant Specialist to join our team at Aasan Visa, a leading visa consultancy firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients seeking visas for various countries, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, Australia, Schengen and the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laws, regulations, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on visa applications, including but not limited to student visas, work visas, family visas, and tourist visas
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' eligibility for various visa programs
Prepare and review visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Communicate with clients to facilitate the visa application process
Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
Maintain accurate records and files of client applications and communications
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a visa consultancy firm or a related field
Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures for various countries
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
English Proficency (written and spoken)
