We seek a bidder and junior BDO for our software house.
You MUST have some experience with freelance website bidding.
Your remuneration and incentives:
- 10,000 PKR salary.
- 10% commission on each successful completed and net paid amount of project (which would you were the bidder / hunted by you). The delivery of commission is on delivery of project pay from client.
Things required from you:
- 4 hours daily (after 8pm) for 5 days a week.
(you can compensate +/- one hour per day and total it in the week end day with our mutual consent, of-course, where applicable)
- You will work from home on your own system with minimum 0.5 Mbps Internet connectivity.
Your job role and specifications:
- As it is a startup business, you would be multi tasking a lot but the main job specification would be BD (business development).
- Spending 4 yours with your maximum potentials of all or any of the skills you might posses.
- Business development which may include (but not limited to) creating and maintaining multiple accounts, profiles on different free lancing websites. These accounts may vary and changed from time to time.
- Analyzing and bidding on projects (work tasks) announced on those websites.
- Promoting business by any means such as (but not limited to) any kind of online marketing, blogging, advertising or managing the advertising.
- Working with any other skill you may posses.
Disclaimer, non cooperation, end of contract / probation:
- The said terms in this writing are for probation period only and may or may not be changed after the probation. This depends on the mutual agreement on both parties.
- Worked hours will be paid in probation with no formal leaves.
- If you worked extra hours due to your own will and decision, that unfortunately could not be paid momentarily.
- Both parties will respect each other in regard to professional, confidential and internal, information of business and individual.
Both will not share information to those who are not relevant to the job role or out side of the business.
- Availability or passing of technical tests on freelances sites will not be considered as basis or bottleneck or limitation or excuse behind good BD. This is due to the nature of the new business as we are starting up. Passing tests is not guaranteed.
- If, for some reason, a project was accepted as a result of a bid, work was done but payments were lost / didn't reached business account; commission in that case could not be released.
- Candidate should full fill at least 20 hours per week.
- Candidate screen may be monitored during those hours, on Skype or screen sharing application if needed.
- There is a 2 weeks notice on both sides before terminating the contract.
