· Prepare sponsorship packages that are innovative and effective for clients, comprehensively driven by the advertising needs.
· Managing an assigned geographic Media Buying Houses to maximize sales revenues.
· Conduct research for the channel on monthly basis that includes Channel viewership analysis, channel business & forecast competitive analysis.
· Compiling and analyzing Sales, Rating & GRP's of the channel and competition
· Sales Manager in establishing and recommending the sales forecast for the channel.
· Monitoring sales performance, through the analysis of sales reports and in adjusting sales strategies.
· Implement and maintains Standard Operating Procedures for the department.
