- Annual strategy planning and budgeting for the marketing department’s yearly activities
- Developing activation campaigns for the network on quarterly basis
- Devising marketing campaigns & executions for content, event or new ventures
- Supervision of outdoor executions, barter deals and movie media partnerships
- Conceptualizing the strategy, executing of 360 degree campaigns, and execution of on-ground branding and activations of all network events
- Comprehensive vendor dealings including quotation comparisons, negotiations, deals, executions and payments
- Coordination with other departments regarding branding material, promos, radio scripts & other collaterals.
