  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide information about our products, services, and store location.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail handling.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with tact and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
