Job Description:
- The Quality Control Officer will be responsible for all aspects of the quality programs and functions.
- Work with the R&D Team on new product launches.
- Assist Quality Control Supervisor to establishes in-process production inspection standards by studying manufacturing methods; devising testing methods and procedures.
- Establishes quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management and with production operators, technicians and engineers.
- Establishes product quality documentation system by writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Maintains product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Assist in plant audits for housekeeping programs and coordinate improvement activities with other managers.
- Assist supervisors in resolving Quality Control issues, tracking quality trends, recommending and implementing plans to improve quality and production efficiency.
- Maintain all relevant paperwork and budgetary demands.
Skills
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the manufacturing(textile) industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to people who have recent experience in quality control
