Accounts / Finance Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. The responsibilities include system vouchering, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

Reconcile accounts payable and receivables
Bank Reconciliation Statements
Ensure timely bank payments
Manage all accounting transactions and system vouchers
Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Compute with holding taxes and prepare tax returns
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Audit financial transactions and documents
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Comply with financial policies and regulations

Minimum Qualifications

CA/CMA/ACCA (Part Qualified)
M.Com/MBA (Finance)

Minimum Experience

Minimum five (05) years of experience of book keeping and bank reconciliation.
Articleship with a CA Firm will be a plus.

Job Specific Skills

MS Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory.
Strong sense of accountability, integrity and ability ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proactive and multi-tasking ability will be a plus.
