- To manage shift operations maintaining the highest possible standards of customer service, product quality and cafeteria cleanliness.
- To ensure the services being provided of an efficient manner, employees, guest medical staff etc.
- Inspection of staff for their personal hygiene and make sure employee had vaccination/ medical test as per standard of directorate health CDA Islamabad.
- Supervising cash transaction and services during meal hours.
- General cleaning of the department in liaison with housekeeping staff and to monitor dis-infection / fumigation in department on regular basis.
- Prepare office supplies par level (store+kitchen) requisitions weekly or as required and proper record keeping of data in hard and soft form.
- Purchase food in accordance with health and safety codes.
- Visit patient to get feedback regarding FNSD services and take corrective action where required. Handle and resolve customer complaints
- To assist in the overall management of the cafeteria to ensure regulation of costs and the maximization of sales and profitability.
- Investigate incidents and implement action plans where customer experience hurts
- Identify potential in cafe staff and develop their responsibilities to increase their skills for further development.
- Develop policies for food service to assist in health promotion and disease control.
- Maintain an accurate record for all inventory items in café store (i.e., parts and materials).
- Select, train and supervise workers who plan, prepare and serve meals.
- Preparation of, safety procedures, menu development, budgeting, and planning
- Weekly and monthly reports presentation to senior management regarding productivity and revenue.
