Qualification and experience:

Bachelors
10 years experience (preferably a former member of Law Enforcement Agencies equivalent to Capt/Lt. Or Honorary Capt/Lt.)

Responsibilities and Skills:

Should have in-depth knowledge of Security Environment and security hazards.
Should have undergone appropriate trainings in Security Management.
Maintains close liaison with the company providing the security unit.
Supervise comprehensive security systems for protection of individuals, commercial and industrial establishments under his responsibility.
Supervise electronic security systems, such as CCTV surveillance, entry controls, burglar alarms, smoke detectors and outdoor perimeter.
Conducts surprise security drills to check the efficiency of all security measures.
Plans and directs personal security and safety of personnel of the organization.
Skill in observing situations and decision making.
Skill in dealing courteously with the public.
Skill in leading the work of others.
Must have good oral and written communication skills with good hands-on experience on computer.
Must be good at report writing and drafting.
Must be results-oriented and a self-starter.
Must be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors & peers.
Must possess experience in housekeeping and general administration.
