ATZ Benefits is an emerging offshore outsourcing company specializing in partnering with Canadian group benefit firms. We aim to increase efficiency and reduce costs for our partners through outsourcing operations. ATZ Benefits is a startup launched by Alriaz (www.alriaz.com), a well-established parent company. We are looking for a motivated, creative and skilled individual to join our team as a Research and Operations Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media pages on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Design or assist with graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, and website content.
  • Create professional PowerPoint or Canva presentations for client pitches and internal meetings.
  • Bring creative ideas to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential Canadian group benefit firms for partnership.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Communicate and schedule meetings with international clients.
  • Assist with various tasks and projects as needed, adapting to the evolving needs of the startup.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on various tasks and responsibilities as required.
  • Preferably, lives in a nearby area close to the office.
