We are looking for an experienced Accountant. Ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. Job responsibilities is as follow:
- Maintaining Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance.
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
- Support month end closing, preparation of journals, account analysis and reconciliations
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliation statement
- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Safe guard the assets of the company by proper recording, allocation and insurance.
- General Ledger Accounting, Management & Financial Reporting, AP/AR Processes, Cash Flow Management and Reconciliation Function
- Budgeting & Forecasting along with usage of popular analysis tool is a plus
- Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
Having deep analytical approach on Product Costing.
Should have sound knowledge and aware with the methods and principles of JOC, Process Costing, Standard Costing, AB Costing, Marginal & Absorption Costing, Cost Volume Profit analysis, Break-Even analysis and all the relevant areas of Costing.
Should have knowledge of Capital Expenditure and Budgeting , Product Pricing, and Inventory valuation.
Working knowledge of Quick Books or other Accounting Package.Skills
