Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and product roadmaps that align with business objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Define and communicate a clear vision for the product portfolio based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of product development and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Use insights to guide marketing strategies and product development priorities.
  • Gain a deep understanding of target audiences to tailor advertising strategies and messaging that resonate with potential customers.
  • Advocate for customer needs and preferences throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and events.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and product performance metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in both marketing and product management.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to enhance marketing efforts and improve product development processes.
  • Communicate product updates, targets, and decisions to internal stakeholders, including senior management, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and product professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, media, and influencers, to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Participate in networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships with potential partners and customers.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing majors, media sciences or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles with a minimum of 5-7 years in a managerial or leadership position.
