Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Building:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with government officials, regulatory agencies, and local authorities.

2. Legislative Monitoring:

Monitor legislative changes, policies, and regulations impacting the real estate industry.

3. Coordination with Legal and Compliance:

Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

4. Approvals and Licensing:

Obtain necessary approvals, permits, and licenses for real estate projects.

5. Representation in Discussions:

Represent the company in discussions, meetings, and negotiations with government entities.

6. Internal Stakeholder Communication:

Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders on changes in regulatory landscapes.

7. Reporting and Briefings:

Prepare reports and briefings on government-related matters for senior management.

8. Issue Resolution:

Address and resolve government-related issues that may impact company operations.

9. Collaboration for Compliance:

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations.

10. Land Acquisition:

Prepare legal documentation for Land Acquisition process, encompassing Fard, Sale Deed, Mutation, and other requisite documents.

11. Land Sale:

Facilitate the preparation of thorough legal documentation for the Land Sale process, covering the Agreement to Sell, Fard from Arazi Record Centre, Sale Deed, Mutation, and other essential documents.
