- High sensitivity to color, surfaces, materials, environments, and form
- Good understanding of design theories
- Ability to understand aclient and campaign briefs
- Ability to generate themes and ideas, and extend those themes further
- Good written and oral communication
- Manage timelines, ensuring timely deliveries
