We are looking to start up a new online retail store and we are seeking a young energetic person to join our team in its inception and then eventually lead the business unit .
Create and develop online store business plan and vision then possess the skills to implement the plan in a methodical way .
To develop an adequate marketing plan and budget for the marketing spend to achieve the short term and long term goals .
Must be able to develop , in coordination with other team members and the founders , an efficient business management process and then to be able to computerize the whole process .
Must be able to analyse sales and demands analytic s to determine the product strategy and suggest updates of product and sku to be able to maintain healthy sales as per targets set .
Must understand online marketing strategies and Social media marketing and SEO.
The candidate should be an open minded individual who is able to get the most out of the other team members and create a good working environment for efficient work place.
The successful candidate must be customer focused and must be able to develop systems that provide exceptional customer service and feedback .
The candidate must be able to develop efficient tools for business management and reporting so that the entire business flow is lite and able to change with minimal effort and always with the grip of the candidate and his superiors and piers .
Skills
Must have relevant education .
Must understand SEO, Social media marketing, Banner Marketing and Analytic's .
Excellent communication skills.
