We are looking for a Full-Time HR Manager to join our architecture office in Pakistan. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for the consistent and effective management of HR activities specific to our architectural practice. Your primary focus will be on capability development, retention, and succession planning across the office.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our company culture by fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. You will collaborate with employees at all levels, including architects, designers, and administrative staff, to ensure that our HR practices align with our values and promote individual growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the architecture or design industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for fostering an inclusive work environment and promoting individual growth and development.
