Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions.

  1. Analyzing client’s HR requirements, posting on various forums, collecting relevant CVs from existing data bank as well as through new searches, matching the qualifications and skills with the published requirements, and negotiate with the short listed candidates.
  2. Loading all resumes received via various auto searches and other methods / sources in to In-house Database software.
  3. Refresh all postings on search sites and update / rotate positions as instructed by the supervisor.
  4. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
  5. Ensure candidate analysis including assessment of consultant’s skills (techie or functional), negotiation of expected rates and employment terms & conditions, availability, etc communicate with stake holders and also record in the history notes box.
  6. Requesting references, 1099 Vendor Details, W9/W2 details, background check, and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
  7. Briefing the consultant or vendor about the responsibilities, rate, pay cycle, terms of payments, terms of invoicing, terms of expense reimbursement etc.
  8. Apart from postings on various search engines, utilize SAP / Oracle / PeopleSoft, Job boards and forums like ASUG, Linkedin, yahoo groups for marketing purpose.
  9. Preparing Recruiting Log, New Hire Package draft with complete details with respect to Vendor and client as well.
  10. Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and standards to continuously improve departmental and institutional efficiency.

Skills , Qualification Requirment

  1. 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably within a large BPO / Consultancy organization.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business required.
  3. Broad knowledge of Federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
  4. High level of organization with an extremely high level of attention to detail and accuracy required.
  5. Proven ability to thoroughly analyze data, make sound conclusions and independent decisions.
  6. Full lifecycle recruitment experience for a wide variety of roles.
  7. Must be able to build rapport and communicate with all levels of internal/external customers; strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  8. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team; flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving, results-oriented work environment.
  9. Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Flexible in working US – Central Time zone (PKT 06-30 PM to 03-30 AM): Monday to Friday. Holidays are per US federal holidays.
