AS Estimation and Consultants (Pvt Ltd) is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our growing team!

This position is a great opportunity for both recent graduates and experienced professionals. As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in our success by preparing accurate and competitive bids for projects.

Responsibilities:

Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints to determine material, labor, and equipment costs.
Prepare detailed cost estimates that are accurate, competitive, and meet project timelines.
Assist with developing project schedules and timelines.
Stay up-to-date on industry pricing trends and best practices for estimating.
May be required to present bids to clients and answer questions about the estimate.
Experienced estimators must have hand on various estimating software’s like plan swift and Bluebeam.

Qualifications:

For Freshers:

Bachelor's degree in Civil and Architectural.
Fresh Diploma of Associate in Civil Technology.
Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

For Experienced Estimators:

Minimum 06 months of experience in construction estimating.
Proven track record of preparing accurate and competitive bids.
Experience working with estimating software (a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
