•  Strong communication skills.

•  Preference for candidates with a good US accent.

•  Ability to manage appointment scheduling systems.

Desirable Qualities:

•  Excellent problem-solving skills to handle escalations.

•  Professional and courteous phone etiquette.

•  Experience in customer service is a plus.
