Key Responsibilities: -
• Research on bank lending products for SMEs in line SBP Prudential Regulations.
• Identify, evaluate and analyze market trends and risks regarding SMEs.
• Conduct surveys and market research as per emerging requirements.
• Prepare thorough Research Reports, based on which new competitive SME lending products will be developed.
• Having sound knowledge of Research & Development, being adopted by other banks in the market.
• Partnered with various institutions/banks to conduct research for potential sectors (nation-wise & region-wise).
• Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to identify processes for improvement.
• Identify new areas/domains under SME segment for product development.
• Identify marketing techniques to enhance SME Portfolio.
• Well versed with latest developments & practices in Region like countries India, Bangladesh etc. w.r.t. SMEs.
• Sound knowledge of Credits/Lending.
Required skill set: -
- Sound Knowledge of research methodologies and techniques.
- Well-versed with SBP PRs.
- Familiar with research software and models.
- Good interpersonal skills / maintain good relationships with the banking industry.
- Understanding of business models and financing processes.
