- Arrange financial statements on a monthly basis and sometimes on daily basis.
- Prepare and put in order all the files and tax reports, essential company incomes at the local, federal and state levels.
- Support assessment activities
- Preparing all the records of profit and loss statements, monthly cost and closing accounting records.
- Accountable in compiling and in analyzing financial stuffs for better understanding of financial entries that is essential for broad ledger accounts.
- Review and Monitor accounting process for comprehensiveness, efficacy and accuracy.
- Analyze expenditures and revenues and give suitable suggestions and proposals in financial planning and other accounting fears.
- Resolve accounting problems by carrying out the essential inquiry and setting up a more well-organized auditing system.
- Explain accounting policies and billing invoices to vendors, staff and clients.
- Determine accounting inconsistencies.
- Maintain and develop financial data supports, manual filing system and computer software systems.
- Interrelate with external and internal auditors as well in completing audits.
- Completing other assigned duties.

ASSAC Corporation was founded in 1932 by late Khawaja Ghulam Mohammad as a trading house but own production of some items of Sporting Goods commenced soon afterwards. After the partition of Indian Sub-Continent in 1947, a big gap was created in the Sports Industry as a consequence of migration of non-muslims. This gap was duly filled by the devoted experts such as the founder of this Company and his son Khawaja Mohammad Ashraf, who had since joined his father in 1946. With continuous expansion in production facilities, ASSAC Corporation grew from strength to strength and achieved the status of one of the top most companies in the production and export of Sporting Goods - distinction still proudly held. During this period, Khawaja Mohammad Ashraf had the honour of becoming the Chairman of Pakistan Sports Goods Manufacturers and Exporters Association for several terms. Later on the Company entered the field of Oriental Carpets in 1980 and is today one of the major manufacturers and exporters of this art industry. Khawaja Javed Ashraf has meanwhile joined the family business and as such there is a continuity of three generations in Sporting Goods and Oriental Carpets Industries in Pakistan.
