Major Duties & Responsibilities:
· Planning, designing, coordination, project management, budgeting, costing & construction of Project sites,
· Tower erection & all related civil works (BTS structures, foundations, pads etc.) & installation of all equipment related with towers.
· Dealing with contractors & sub-contractors, verification of their bills, bidding process, operation & maintenance Works.
· To proceed & negotiate with authorities like TMA (for NOC’s etc.) & WAPDA.
· Review, approve and seal calculations, technical documents and drawings.
· Develop probable construction cost estimates for projects.
· Conducts construction inspections, reviews and approves contractor pay requests; reviews and processes construction change orders.
· Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a fast paced environment.
· Performs related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Bsc (Civil Engineering)
· More than 5 Years of Experience
· Excessive Travelling required.
· Proficient in Project Management, Negotiations, Dealings
· Modern civil engineering theories, procedures, and methods to solve a wide range of engineering problems
· Negotiation techniques and the competitive bidding process
· Organization and operation of private firms engaged in civil engineering services and facilities construction
· Engineering project inspection methods
· Serve as a group supervisor or project leader in planning, directing, and coordinating the work of subordinate engineers and technicians
· Should have Complete understanding of the project Implementation.
· Plan construction activities according to Project Objectives, Time Frames and Designs.
· Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals representing diverse cultures and backgrounds and function calmly in situations which require a high degree of sensitivity, tact and diplomacy
