- Over all maintenance of Plant, Production, Machines and equipment.
- Daily Break down maintenance and keep its record for future references.
- Daily breakdowns report with reasons and action plan. Plant machines preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Managing and supervising a team of maintenance associates including maintenance officer/foreman
- Preparation of annual Preventive maintenance, PM check sheets, Lubrication / Oiling and servicing schedule, S.O.P etc
- Preparation of maintenance reports i.e. Daily activities, Monthly & annual reports, problem & fault analysis report, B.O.Q, Annual Budget, feasibility reports and presentations.
- Ensure the availability of spare parts for both Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Overhauling of various plant machinery
Skills
2- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
3- Must have worked in an ERP based environment
4- Ability to improve technical skills of the team by conducting trainings
