Retention / Key Accounts Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Retention/Key Accounts Executive to join our Customer Success team. As a Key Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our key client relationships. If you possess excellent client management skills, technical knowledge related to websites and web applications (a plus), and have a strong ability to communicate effectively, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Understand and address client needs and concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.
Provide technical assistance related to websites and web apps (if applicable).
Act as a liaison between clients and the company.
Monitor and report on key account metrics and progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in the relevant field.
Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience.
Strong client management skills.
Technical knowledge of websites and web applications.
