Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of our web applications using PHP and the CodeIgniter framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in PHP development with a strong understanding of CodeIgniter framework.
- Proficient in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with SQL databases, version control tools, and developing web services.
- Proven ability in designing and implementing scalable and secure web applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with other PHP frameworks such as Laravel Or Express js, Nest js etc.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
