Office Boy

The Office Boy will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of the office and ensuring that staff and guests are well-cared for. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in keeping the workspace tidy and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks as scheduled, including but not limited to dusting, mopping, sweeping, and trash removal.
Ensure all common areas such as meeting rooms, lobbies, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
Prepare and serve tea and coffee to staff and guests as requested.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms or arranging desks when needed.
Replenish office supplies and manage inventory to ensure items like coffee, tea, and cleaning materials are adequately stocked.
Handle external or internal errands, such as going to the post office or bank as required by management.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all employees and guests.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively in URDU is required; basic understanding of English is a plus.
Punctual, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.
