Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and emerging trends in the garment industry.
Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and seasonal collections.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and product descriptions.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other industry stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the garment or fashion industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
