Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of the business unit.

Requirements and Skills:

- Business knowledge: Familiarity with various business functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
- Analytical ability: Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication: Effective communication with employees and upper management.
- Organizational and leadership skills: Ability to lead and guide the team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus).
