- Maintaining HR record for all employee related issues.
- Maintaining Staff profile information in HR software and extract required reports
- Communicating and explaining our organization's policies to all existing and new employees.
- Preparing and issuing all HR relevant letters/documents/certificates to employees in consultation with the organization's management.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring of employee attendance through our in-house software and preparation of salary statements based on the attendance.
- Facilitating new employees with completing HR formalities and providing a thorough orientation of the system
