We are looking for qualified, experienced, dynamic and motivated UI/UX Designers for positions based in Karachi.
The Bank will provide market based compensation along with congenial and conducive professional working environment. Professionals having experience of developing Banking applications shall be preferred.
Role:
- The User Interface Designer position is responsible for providing and coding clean designs for user interfaces within the corporate environment. This position is both technical and creative.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to create & innovative solutions that provide excellent user experience and follow the usability principles.
- The candidate needs to have strong skills to clearly communicate, demonstrate, and advocate innovative design and usability to business analysts, users and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct high quality full-life cycle usability engineering programs.
- Author UI Standards
- Work with the business analysts, development and business teams to design and implement online user experiences that meet business goals as well as the needs of the user.
- Creates GUI prototypes that visually encompass the functionality of the online entity while implementing common user interface standards, system usability guidelines, design guidelines.
- Designs HTML prototypes, visual interfaces and interaction of web-based and mobile applications utilizing user-centered design principles.
- Work collaboratively with team and business owners to understand user experience goals and gaps.
- Deliver UI recommendations in the form of documentation, page designs, story-boards, or a moderate level of prototyping.
- Champion UCD principles to developers and function designers.
Skills
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the digital field, including principles of web design and wire framing.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- Experience in prototype development
- Experience in conducting usability research
- Experience in mobile web or native mobile design
- Experience in participating and/or leading agile teams
- Experience with web graphics design
