A well reputed Textile Manufacturers and Exporters in Faisalabad needs a dedicated individual for the post of HR Manager.
An Individual must have atleast 5 years of experience in managing HR operations. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office and good computer literate having good communications skills (Both Verbal and written).
The candidate must be responsible for overall supervision of the HR function and Industrial Relations, control and Analyze the Payroll, overtime and other ancillary reports related to HR function.
Key responsibilities include:
· Responsible for End to End HR process – Hiring to Firing.
· Manpower planning, staff budgeting & payroll management
· Staff retention & career planning.
· Updating & formulation of HR Policies, and their effective implementation
· Supervising day-to-day activities
· To work as a catalyst for change & culture management.
· Implementation of best practices for efficient working & diversified culture of nurturing & teamwork
· Liaison with Public Authorities to ensure facilitation towards smooth functioning of the organization.
Skills
