BESTSELLER is looking for a Quality Inspector Cum Compliance Coordinator to be based in Pakistan.He/ She also should have Skill to inspect leather jackets & accessories / jewellery / foot ware / woven and knits, denim & non denim textile garments. Additionally, Basic compliance of factories to carry on additional responsibility of CS Coordinator.
Essential Competencies:
- At least 3 years of first-hand experience in handling Quality with a reputed vendor in the garments & footwear industry or major global brand or retailer or 3 rd party audit agency.
- Leadership Presence: Ability to build respect and trust with others by establishing honest and open relationships;
- Influence Skills: Ability to influence others to take action;
- knowledge of Factories’ Act & other relevant Labour Laws of Pakistan;
- Assist Merchants: CONDUCT PRE-PRODUCTION, INITIAL, DU PRO & FINAL INSPECTIONS.
- Knowledge of Factories’ Act & other relevant Labour Laws of Pakistan and Basic knowledge on factory basic compliance.
- Experience on Compliance and Social audit in long range will be added as priority extra to fit the position.
- Good oral & written communication skills; especially languages of Lahore and Karachi will be added as advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Proactive & takes own initiative in getting things done;
- Strong coaching skills & thinking ability;
- Good listener and Approachable;
- Capable of communicating with a range of stakeholders from the factory floor to the board room;
- Ability to engage positively with people who have different outlooks and priorities;
Additionally, the Candidate should have enough knowledge in inspection to conduct inline & Final inspections based on methods like ISO, AATTC etc., knowledge of garmenting technique, specification sheets, Fit & quality inspection work on machine etc. to carry on independent Quality Inspection part.
Flexible in travelling any part of Pakistan especially Karachi & Lahore
